A complete range of business services are available including: courier, photocopying, facsimile, word processing and typing. Please contact reception for more information. Facsimile and DVD machines may be hired upon request.

Internet Services

Each apartment has broadband internet access and wireless in public areas (cost applicable).

Car Parking

A number of secure car parking facilities are located within our Melbourne hotel and are available at a rate of $20 per car per day. Seasons Botanic Gardens advises it accepts no responsibility for any damage that may occur while the vehicle is parked in the car park.

Transportation

We offer advice & bookings for all forms of transport. A major tram stop is located directly outside Season Botanic Gardens.

Laundry

We offer same day laundry and dry cleaning service six days a week.

Checking in and out

Check in time is from 2pm. Earlier check-in times may be available upon request and charges may be incurred.

Check out time is 11am unless prior arrangements have been made with reception. We are happy to arrange an extension for you, subject to availability on a day use rate.

Valid Credit Card & Photo Identification is required at check in, if not provided the hotel reserves the right to refuse entry.

Babysitting

Babysitting is available on request.
