For other bookings, credit Card provided at time of booking is to secure the reservation, NO Payment is taken. Upon check-in a pre authorisation of a Credit Card will be required. All payments made by AMEX and DINERS cards will incur a 2% service fee in all our hotels.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or changes to bookings must be made at least 48 hours prior to the check in date and time or you will be charged the full amount of the first changed or cancelled night. Guests failing to arrive will incur a one night no show charge. 7 days notice required over event periods. NO CANCELLATION WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR THE NEW YEARS EVE PERIOD, ADVANCE PURCHASE RATE.
